As the 2024 National Senior Certification (NSC) examinations kick-off, Higher{Education and Training Minister, Dr Nobuhle Pamela Nkabane, has reminded all matriculants to seize the opportunity to submit an application for funding in the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).

"The applying window will close on fifteen December 2024, and you'll find not many days left to submit applications. Qualified students are urged to apply immediately to secure monetary support for their post-school education," Nkabane said.

Nkabane extended well wishes to all matriculants, who sat for the National Senior Certificate Examinations, with learners writing languages, English and Afrikaans Paper 3.

Nkabane claimed this pivotal moment marks the culmination of a long time of effort and encourages the Class of 2024 to approach their exams with resolve and self esteem.
